Senior HR Business Partner
Due to continued business success and growth, a leading global brand has a newly created opportunity for a data-driven HR Business Partner to join their regional people team.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this is a broad HR role with a focus on project management and providing data-driven insights and people solutions to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities will include:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business goals
- Provide strategic advice and coaching to managers on people related matters
- Design & execute various HR programs and policies
- Analyse HR data to identify trends & insights to provide recommendations for strategic decision making
- Oversight & implementation of learning & development initiatives
- Drive Diversity. Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- Ensure HR programs and practices remain compliant with employment laws
About you:
- HR Generalist with strong background in Australian employment legislation
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practice
- Proven experience in designing and executing HR programs and initiatives
- Skilled in data analysis, reporting and presentation
- Process improvement mindset
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross functional team
Salary is flexible depending on experience and they are open to part time (4 days per week).
