The transformation will be key in enhancing the capability, talent, technology, and processes in the HR function and how it interacts with the business. The investment in its people and development of the Human Resources team will coincide with continued growth of the business globally.

The Role

This Chief People Officer position will be based in Dubai and deliver the full suite of HR projects and responsibilities employees in the MEA region. Key stakeholder management will be commonplace as well as supporting the Global CHRO in implementing the People Strategy across the organisation.

The Criteria

To be considered for this role you will have experience as a strong senior HR practitioner with experience in a startup environment. Also, you will have integrated businesses from a people perspective through acquisitions or restructuring. Finally, Arabic language skills will be extremely advantageous.
