HR Business Partner – Leeds (Hybrid)

£55,000 – £65,000

I am delighted to work with an evolving, commercial and fast growing professional organisation to recruit an HR Business Partner. As HR Business Partner will work closely with the leadership team of a specific client group to help align a proactive commercial people agenda to group ambitions.

This business is experience significant change and growth, and as a result you will take the lead role on people related project work within your client group. Working closely with senior leadership and the wider HR team, you will operate as a broad HR generalist and be responsible for:

– Employee relations
– Engagement & communication
– Reward and recognition
– Organisational change management
– Performance & talent management

You are an HR generalist, comfortable provide broad, HR support across the entire life and very proactive in your approach and style. You are commercial, agile and dynamic, you are solutions orientated, a realtionship builder and strong influencer. Experience working in professional of financial services is preferred. In order to be successful in your application you will have experience is gained in fast moving, changing environments, ideally with M&A exposure.
