Salary: up to 100.000 total compensation
As Payroll Manager Europe, you will lead a team of four professionals and play a pivotal role in transitioning to a new HR and payroll system, including managing the rollout of the Oracle system for the payroll processes. This position combines strategic insight with hands-on involvement, focusing on streamlining processes, consolidating suppliers, and ensuring compliance across multiple countries.
Your impact:
- Lead payroll operations across several European countries.
- Take ownership of the payroll implementation within the Oracle system rollout, ensuring smooth integration with local regulations and systems.
- Implement a new payroll strategy and manage supplier transitions and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with national and local regulations and serve as the point of contact for audits and accountants.
- Optimize payroll processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
What the ideal profile looks like:
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of experience in payroll management, including 5 years in an international setting.
- Expertise in European payroll processes, tax legislation, and social administration.
- Proven experience in payroll transitions and ERP system implementations, preferably Oracle.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in English; Dutch is an advantage.
