A top tier global financial services organization, with a highly relationship driven and high-performance culture is looking for a Head of HR APAC to join their collaborative and geographically dispersed HR team.

Reporting to the Group Head of HR based in another region, with a dotted line to the Regional CEO / Country CEO’s across APAC, this individual will play a lead role in the region, working closely with the regional leadership team to drive and embed the people advisory strategy and execution, drive all HR regional and some global HR transformation projects, overseeing annual HR advisory, processes as well as employee relations, talent and succession planning, performance management, salary and bonus review end-to-end, working closely with the HR COE’s in Group HQ as part of a global HR team.

This individual will operate in a strategic and hands on end-to-end Head of HR BP / Head of HR Advisory Lead role with a strong relationship management focus. This individual will oversee a team of Country Heads of HR spread across the region. Furthermore, the organization is going through a global HR transformation journey, therefore it is an exciting time to join as they continue to invest and enhance the function.

This individual will have a track record operating as a Regional or Global Head of HR / HR Advisory and /or HR Business Partnering within in a large global complex financial services, trading, insurance or buy-side organization. They will enjoy providing bespoke people solutions and a high touch consultative service to the business, as part of the ExCo, being able to drive regional commercial HR outcomes as well as deep-diving where necessary from an advisory and partnering execution perspective.
