Ben is a partner at Frazer Jones. He is responsible for growing and driving our UK financial services permanent and interim practices, leading our business development and client engagement strategy. He focuses on recruiting CPO/HR directors across financial services and has facilitated many notable hires. As a keen networker who has worked in HR recruitment since 2015, Ben has long-lasting relationships with an extensive amount of clients and candidates. He has built and run several HR director roundtable groups, providing HR professionals and the businesses they work for with a great platform to collaborate.
