As a Partner and Head of Southeast Asia (SEA), Charlotte is based in our Singapore office and leads a team of eleven HR exec search specialists, covering Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines. The SEA FJ business consists of three specialist teams; Financial & Professional Services, Commerce & Industry and Reward, Analytics, HRIS & Payroll. Charlotte spent over fourteen years in HR executive search partnering with Chief HR Officers, CEOs, Boards, Managing Directors and International CoE HR Heads, to appoint global, regional and country heads as well as building HR, Talent & Human Consulting & Reward Consulting teams. Prior to Executive Search, Charlotte graduated with a first-class degree from Nottingham University and started her career in HR strategy, talent and change management consulting with a top tier global management consulting firm. She has worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, USA, UK, and Europe over her 15+ year career.
