Head of People to drive growth agenda

The challenge

Due to significant growth, Worley were going through a change of management in Germany and needed a Head of People for their Cologne office. They sought a senior, strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to lead a small team, collaborate with the Managing Director, and drive their new people agenda.
