Job Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the Asia Pacific Head, you will spearhead the implementation of the Group’s SEA Rewards strategies to adapt to evolving business demands. As a key figure in the region, you’ll closely monitor market dynamics and their impact on the organization’s talent pool, adjusting strategies as necessary to attract new talent. Collaboration with the leadership team is essential for devising comprehensive policies covering salary structures, performance evaluation, employee well-being initiatives, and retirement schemes tailored to the SEA region. Additionally, you will collaborate with Business Leaders to assess and negotiate matters related to potential acquisition targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We seek a proven Compensation & Benefits (C&B) leader with a sharp business acumen and the ability to forge effective partnerships with HR, Business Leaders, and external vendors. Regional expertise is a prerequisite, coupled with extensive managerial experience and the capacity to articulate intricate concepts proficiently across all organizational tiers.

Key Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in regional C&B management and adept stakeholder relationship skills.
