Talent Management Partner
We are searching for a Talent Management Partner to join our well established and successul global financial services client.
Responsibilities:
* Create and implement global and local learning programs based on needs within the business
* Collaborate with leaders on talent reviews, assessments, career development, and succession planning.
* Create DEI strategies and embed them in L&D programming
* Track and provide insight on metrics for learning and talent initiatives
* Leverage the LMS and learning technology
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree
* 10+ years of experience in Talent Management, including Learning and Development
* Ability to independently design, develop, execute and facilitate learning programs
* Experience with DEI programming
* Prior experience in design, development and execution of learning programs and resources
* A quick-thinking, hard-working, and creative problem solver with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Strong project and program management capabilities
