Role Overview:
As a Talent & Leadership Specialist, you will be a critical member of the Talent & Leadership team, focusing on areas such as talent management, performance, leadership development, and organizational culture. Your work will directly contribute to shaping and executing the talent and leadership strategy, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage annual Talent, Performance, and Leadership Development processes, including communication, tracking progress, and serving as the main point of contact for HR and business stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of Talent & Leadership initiatives and contribute to strategic planning in these areas.
  • Collect, analyze, and visualize data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making in talent and leadership processes.
  • Advise and collaborate with HR and business leaders on talent and leadership matters within your portfolio.
  • Handle project management and change management efforts, ensuring smooth execution of Talent & Leadership initiatives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders across global regions to ensure alignment and effective communication.
