International Head of Leadership Development – FS

A leading international financial services organization is looking for an International Head of Leadership Development & Org Development (Director level) to join them in one of their flagship offices. Partnering directly with the Board and ExCo as well as group wide leadership team, this individual will lead the strategy and development on all work internationally related to leadership assessments, leadership development, leadership appointments and performance management related to leadership. This is a high touch, fast paced and high-performance environment where the HR function has an excellent reputation and the this individual work in close partnership with the business to coach and advise.

This individual will be a commercial, consultative and credible Regional and / or Global Head of Leadership Development, ideally with a track record operating in a global financial services organization. Former experience in Leadership Development / Organisation Development Consulting and / or and an organizational psychology degree would be beneficial. This individual must have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills given the nature of the role and the stakeholders involved.
