ER Consultant

A leading professional services firm based in the West End is recruiting an ER specialist to cover a period of maternity leave for 12 months starting in late May 2025.

In this role you will provide employee relations support and advisory services to two specific teams on all aspects of ER. You will support, coach and advise managers in the resolution of ER issues – disciplinary, performance management, employee grievances and appeals etc. You will also provide ad-hoc HR advisory services on all HR related processes and issues including employee development, performance management, employee retention, international assignment management, promotions and compensation.

The client is looking for someone who has proven experience of operating as an ER Manager preferably within a UK based business, or alternatively as a generalist HR Manager with a strong ER background. You must have strong relationship building, influence and consultation skills.
