Benefits Manager
Our client is a well-known financial services firm with diverse operations. Due to growth, the Head of Reward is looking to add a Benefits leader to the team.
You will be responsible for overseeing all employee benefit programs, initiatives, and day-to-day operations. You will partner with the broader HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with federal and state laws related to benefits. Your responsibilities will include leading the open enrollment process, conducting audits, managing the ACA filing process, and serving as the 401k administrator. Additionally, you will oversee all leave of absence (LOA) processes with third-party support. You’ll ensure accurate data capture to support reporting and communication with leadership, while also managing vendor relationships. As the point of contact for escalated employee issues, you will also manage a small team.
To be successful in this role, you will need deep expertise in benefits, particularly with 401k and LOA administration. Experience working in a financial services environment is preferred. You will also need to demonstrate a high sense of urgency and possess excellent communication skills.
