Early Careers Recruiter

A leading US investment firm is expanding its presence across APAC, and we are seeking an Early Careers Recruiter to join the team and drive the early careers recruitment strategy for the region. This newly created role is a unique opportunity to work in a lean, collaborative team environment, taking ownership of campus recruitment for technology and investment roles and leading strategic initiatives and events that will shape the talent pipeline.

As the Early Careers Recruiter for APAC, you will oversee the end-to-end campus recruitment process, from nurturing relationships with top universities to managing the full candidate experience. Your daily responsibilities will include developing recruitment strategies tailored to the APAC region, coordinating and executing campus recruitment events, and guiding candidates through each step of the recruitment cycle. A critical aspect of your role will be to design and lead campus initiatives, from workshops to networking events, that attract top talent and align with the firm’s growth goals and culture.

In addition to your recruiting work, you will be involved in building and strengthening the firm’s employer branding across APAC campuses, collaborating with internal stakeholders and university contacts to drive awareness of the graduate programs. You’ll also track and analyze recruitment metrics, making recommendations for process improvements and innovative strategies that enhance the early careers program.

Ideally, candidates should bring 3-5 years of relevant experience within the early careers space in sizeable multinational environments including the tech, fintech and / or financial services industry. You should be a passionate about the early careers space, highly motivated with a determination to make a positive impact to graduates and thrive working in a high-growth, collaborative environment.
