Position Overview

This role focuses on managing global mobility processes and driving data analytics within the People Operations team. The position involves working with external partners to ensure compliance across different regions, providing support for employees on international assignments and relocations, and leading data collection and analysis related to surveys, benefits, and compensation.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of global mobility, including relocation coordination and visa and immigration procedures.
  • Partner with managers to review job descriptions and recommend appropriate salary grades, wage range disclosures, and suggestions for offers and annual salary adjustments.
  • Support the creation and execution of compensation programs, including merit increases, bonuses, and salary revisions.
  • Develop and implement global mobility policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR, legal, tax, and finance teams to ensure adherence to international labor laws and tax requirements.
  • Gather and analyze HR data such as compensation, performance, retention rates, and employee engagement metrics.
  • Evaluate compensation data to maintain internal consistency, ensure equity, and align with market standards.
  • Monitor global mobility trends, best practices, and regulatory updates to maintain competitive and compliant policies.
  • Build and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track and present key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Stay informed on evolving industry standards and innovations in HR analytics.
