Role: HR Associate
Location: New York, NY
In Office Schedule: 5 days on site
Compensation range: Up to $125k base salary

Our client is a global boutique investment firm who is looking for an HR Associate to support their HR lead. Working in a team of 2, there’s a ton of opportunity for growth and exposure to project work. They’re looking for someone to partner with the HR lead and bounce ideas to drive the business forward. You’ll be working across all areas of people management including performance management, L&D, talent review/development, recruitment, and benefits.
Reporting to the HR lead, you will:
- Work across all areas of people management including performance management, L&D, talent review/development, recruitment, and benefits.
- Support talent acquisition by managing the ATS, being the point person for recruitment agency communication, and scheduling.
- Manage logistics for all internal training including planning, scheduling, internal announcements, and more.
- Fully manage employee onboarding.
- Be responsible for ad hoc projects across all areas of HR.
Key requirements:
- 3-5 years‘ experience in HR (ideally as a Generalist).
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment with a white glove service mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
