HR Consultant (TUPE/redundancy)
My client a mid-tier investment bank based in London is hiring an HR Consultant to manage a restructure.
The core focus of this role will be the TUPE transfer and project management of the full restructure.
The individual will need to be experienced in managing redundancies and be familiar with TUPE processes in the private sector. It’s likely the contract will start within the next 2-3 weeks.
This is an exciting position and will suit someone working on a consultancy basis that has worked on a number of restructures previously.
The scope of the assignment is as follows:
- A detailed and up-to-date working knowledge of TUPE legislation and operational practice
- Represent the firm’s interest in discussions between internal bodies and representatives regarding TUPE issues
- Ensure the firm is meeting its TUPE requirements
- Provide advice and guidance on the process for integrating TUPE staff into the firm
