HR Generalist – Financial Services

We are excited to be partnering with a global US financial trading business on a newly created HR Generalist opportunity based in Singapore. As a highly international and expanding business, your role will come in to support a full spectrum of HR matters for the Singapore office whilst liaising very closely with the EMEA business and key stakeholders.

We are looking for individuals who bring at least 5 years of HR experience preferably within multinational corporations, with exposure to startup firms as an added advantage. Supporting the business in an individual contributor role, you’ll be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle whilst acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and business partners across the region. You’ll act as the main local point of contact for day-to-day employee enquiries whilst partnering with the business to support on employee related matters and challenges where necessary.

You’ll keep abreast of Singapore employment law and legislation in relation to HR and maintain consistency and quality of internal processes and HRIS and be responsible for all immigration matters. You’ll be someone with a flexible mindset, knowing how to adapt and manage change where necessary whilst acting with integrity and confidence.

The ideal individual should bring the right skillsets as well as be someone with a forward-thinking and growth-mindset, you should be comfortable with a highly visible role within a matrix environment and be someone who has success in developing and maintaining relationships. You’ll also be someone who is very meticulous and attentive to detail, whilst knowing how to solve problems independently and maintain strong collaboration within the wider business and HR team.
