Legal Recruiter
We are partnering with a leading legal practices firm for seeking a talented Legal Recruiter to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate, driven, and self-motivated, with a background in legal practice, financial services, or professional services. Fluency in English is a must for this role.
In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers across Hong Kong and Singapore to understand staffing needs and requirements. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and recruiting top legal talent for various positions within the organization. You will conduct interviews, assess candidates‘ qualifications, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation. Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders will also be key aspects of the role.
The successful candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in recruitment and ideally a background in legal practice, financial services, or professional services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a self-motivated and proactive approach to recruitment.
