Manager International Compensation & Benefits

Location: South of the Netherlands/ Hybrid/ Fully remote

Salary: €80,000 and €120,000 (excluding bonus)

The company is seeking a Manager International Compensation & Benefits to support the People team in the south of the Netherlands. This role oversees operational and strategic initiatives for compensation, benefits, and global mobility across the EMEA and APAC regions.

As the organization grows rapidly through acquisitions, the US business operates largely independently from its international division. This role offers significant ownership of processes while driving harmonization and integration with the US business where possible.

The ideal candidate brings expertise in global compensation and benefits, quickly adapts to the team, and leads improvements. Collaboration with International People Business Partners, Payroll, and the US Global Compensation team is essential. While global mobility knowledge is a plus, a proactive mindset and adaptability are key.

Responsibilities:

· Managing country-specific benefits changes based on legal requirements or market research findings.

· Analyzing and enhancing benefits programs for competitiveness, equity, and administrative efficiency.

· Partnering with external vendors and internal teams to design and execute benefits updates.

· Leading harmonization efforts for compensation and benefits in acquired business units and M&A projects.

· Ensuring alignment with global compensation strategies and compliance with regional labor laws.

· Managing global mobility topics, including visa applications, sponsorships, assignment letters, and tax matters.

· Supporting global reward programs and annual initiatives in collaboration with the Total Rewards team.

The Ideal Profile:

· A proactive problem-solver with a passion for optimizing organizations through both operational and strategic projects.

· At least 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and global mobility in an international environment.

· A proven ability to work effectively across all organizational levels, from employees to senior management.

· Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

· Proficiency in English at a professional level.
