Manager, Talent Development and Management
We are currently seeking an exceptional HR Manager for Talent Development and Management to join our esteemed client, a leading retail company, in a regional capacity (Hong Kong and Macau). This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on learning and leadership development within the industry.
As the Talent Development and Management Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent management strategy across the region. Your focus will be on driving High-Po program, succession planning, learning and leadership development initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals. Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders will be crucial, as you collaborate closely with them to understand talent needs and shape talent management programs accordingly.
We are looking for a candidate who embodies agility and independence, able to adapt to the dynamic nature of the retail industry. Your senior stakeholder management skills should be exceptional, allowing you to effectively influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
