Payroll Director

Our client is a global well-established investment and consulting firm that is currently appointing their new Global Head of Payroll to support a population in excess of 15,000 employees.

This role will lead and manage a team of more than 10 to design and deliver Payroll operations to thousands of employees across multiple countries. You will work closely with the Finance, HR and Legal departments and their leaders to achieve this. This is a fully remote position. Ideally you will be based in, or closer to, an east coast time zone to allow for easier interaction with European colleagues.

To be successful in this role you must have prior global experience, particularly with covering a population in Europe. You will have managed teams at least larger than 5 and you will have strong Dayforce experience. Experience with union populations is beneficial. Our client has a collaborative culture and high-performance focus and requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
