Reward Analyst (FTC)
Role Overview:
My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Reward Analyst to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will support the design, analysis, and administration of our reward programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices. Working closely with the Head of Reward, you will play a critical role in shaping compensation strategies that impact the entire organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis and benchmarking of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness within the financial services industry.
- Support the annual compensation review process, including data preparation, modelling, and analysis to inform decisions on pay, bonus structures, and incentive schemes.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align reward strategies with budgetary constraints and business goals.
- Monitor and report on reward trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of reward programs.
- Assist in the design and implementation of incentive plans that drive performance and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, particularly regarding executive compensation and financial services industry standards.
- Provide analytical support for ad-hoc reward projects and initiatives, contributing to the ongoing development of our reward framework.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a reward, compensation, or HR analytics role within the financial services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with data modelling and HR information systems is a plus.
- Good understanding of reward principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote environment.
