James Baker

James leads our professional services and human capital consulting practice in the UK. He delivers chief people officer, chief HR officer, chief talent officer and HR director search mandates for legal and professional services firms. James also established and leads our human capital consulting practice, working with a team that deliver management consultants in assessment, leadership, talent, HR transformation and change management, psychology, diversity, equity and inclusion and culture and employee engagement. Having joined Frazer Jones in 2011, James is part of the UK leadership team and also part of the wider Frazer Jones global professional services practice.
