HR Business Partners: setting your culture compass

Event date/time: Do, 13 März 2025 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

We are excited to be hosting our annual HR Business Partner event in Amsterdam, this time focused on fostering safe company culture.

In February 2024, the research commission on behavior and culture in the Dutch media released a report titled „Nothing Seen, Nothing Heard, Nothing Done.“ Series of transgressive behaviour e.g. sexism, discrimination, poor leadership and stifling culture seemed to be the norm within the public broadcasters. Immediate actions were needed.

Our keynote speaker, Tjahny Bercx, HR Director at NPO, will present the related action plan of the Dutch public organisation NPO. This will be followed by an interactive discussion on the elements which can set and keep your culture compass in the right direction.

In addition to the session with Tjahny, there will be time to connect with the event hosts and Frazer Jones HR recruitment experts Ayling OeiDiederick Scheen and Lisanne Muns as well network with other business partners, exchange ideas and explore potential collaborations that can elevate your professional journey.

If you would like to attend, please register your interest below and we will be in touch to confirm your place.
