Talk less, hear more: how listening generates trust, accountability and performance
What if the quality of listening in your workplace was even 20% better? Effective listening and asking better questions are at the heart of successful commercial relationships, people leadership and team performance. Knowing when and how to flex the listening muscle means purposeful conversations that generate trust and accountability whether in a 1:1, team meeting or client interaction.
We are partnering with Georgie Rudd, Executive Coach, Founder of Rudd Coaching and Co-Founder of Think Perspective, to invite HR leaders to learn more about how talking less and hearing more is vital to your organisation. Experiment with ways to change conversations for the better everyday.
