Our client is a global leading life sciences organization, and their Global Head of People Technology & Analytics is hiring an Associate HRIS Director to support the implementation of SuccessFactors and drive several key workstreams and HR technology initiatives.

You will act as a functional expert for the implementation and on-going management of SuccessFactors, leading on system requirements for associated modules and acting as an SME on system capabilities and functionality. You will help to integrate the HRIS with various applications and provide expertise on data migrations, best practices and technical configurations. You will play a key role in being the liaison between the software development team and user community.

Strong SuccessFactors experience is required, coupled with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
