Our client, a premier small but very well-known professional services firm is seeking a skilled HR operations and compensation professional to join their team. Reporting into an innovative Head of HR Operations, this hire is well positioned for exceptional growth at a particularly exciting time in the firm’s evolution. You’ll play a crucial part in all compensation activities (benchmarking roles, structuring offer packages, creating incentives, year-end merit process) for their population of 1000, with a focus on corporate groups, and the chance to gain exposure to compensation programs facing revenue drivers. Further, you’ll serve as co-owner of data, reporting, and key operations projects, telling stories with data, creating dashboards, and positively impacting the firm’s HR Operations function. Systems migration experience would be helpful given such a project is on the horizon, as would knowledge of ADP products. This role requires a strong core foundation as a compensation professional with and data/systems experience from within financial or professional services settings, expert-level Excel skills and enthusiasm for the program, as well as an insatiable love for all things data! Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in office is required, and compensation can range up to 200k total compensation, depending on experience.
