Job Title: Recruiter (Temporary, 6-9 Month Role)

Location: Remote

Duration: 6-9 months

Job Summary:

The Recruiter will develop and implement effective staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for the organization. This is a temporary, 6-9-month remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and conducting them with hiring managers and key stakeholders.

* Collaborate with department managers to create detailed, accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria for open roles.

* Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies for a variety of roles based on organizational needs and industry standards.

* Assist with posting job openings and managing recruitment advertising campaigns to ensure maximum exposure.

* Collaborate with the hiring manager and HR team during the offer process, including recommending salary ranges, incentives, and start dates.

* Ensure recruitment processes comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies.

* Attend and represent the organization at job fairs, college recruitment sessions, and other networking events to attract new talent.

* Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the recruitment function.

Required Skills/Abilities:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Excellent interpersonal skills with effective negotiation abilities.

* Ability to create and implement strategic sourcing and recruitment plans.

* Highly proactive and independent with strong initiative and time management skills.

* In-depth knowledge of recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices.

* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Ability to work in a remote environment, with flexibility to visit the office as needed.

Education and Experience:

* At least two years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, preferably in a similar industry.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
