Front Office Recruiter (APAC) – Trading

Frazer Jones has been appointed by a leading global quants / trading business with an outstanding reputation in the market to hire a commercial and accomplished Front Office Recruiter to work directly with the leadership team. The firm are investing extensively in the region.

This suitable individual will be responsible for leading front office hiring end-to-end, in a highly innovative, collaborative and tech savvy environment, with a focus on continuing to build market leading teams across quants / trading etc. This individual will define the front office Talent Acquisition strategy for the region. They will have a pro-active focus on direct hiring, leveraging research and analytics to share with hiring managers, also being comfortable managing complex packages and partnering top tier talent end-to-end, also working collaboratively with other global COE’s. This individual will also partner with external vendors where appropriate. This individual should be comfortable operating in an all-encompassing strategic and hands-on role with as an ambassador for the organization.

To succeed in this role, the individual will have operated in an APAC Front Office Recruiter role, within a high touch, fast paced and performance driven firm, with a track record operating as part of a global and collaborative team.
