We are partnering with an international pharmaceutical manufacturing company that is seeking for an ambitious
Head of HR DACH (m/f/d)
to lead HR in the DACH region out of their Düsseldorf office. The Head of HR will be responsible for approximately 250- 300 employees in the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic and operational HR processes in the region
- Translate the growth of the company into HR
- Lead the relationship with the different works councils of the company in Germany and negotiate agreements
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes from a strategic and operative perspective whenever needed
- Provide advice to the management team on all HR and employment law matters
- Oversee three sites in the region with approximately 250-300 employees
Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, with a strong knowledge of German Labour Law
- Several years of experience in a HR-Management or HR Business Partner role; ideally with background in manufacturing, pharma, or chemical company
- Solid labour law knowledge
- Experience managing relations with works council in Germany
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
