Our client is a leading F&B and hospitality company, with its headquarters based in Singapore.

Are you a dynamic HR professional with extensive experience in setting up and scaling HR functions from the ground up? Do you have a proven track record in implementing innovative HR practices that align with business goals? Our client, a successful home-grown company known for its innovation, culture and successful F&B concepts is presently recruiting for a Head of HR to lead the HR department.
What is the role about?
As the Head of HR, you will be the go-to for expert advice on all HR matters. These include, but are not limited to: designing strategies to enhance employee engagement and to foster a strong company culture; overseeing the Talent Acquisition team to achieve successful outcomes and meet recruitment goals, compensation & benefits; performance management. The key focus of the role is to elevate HR practices and to enhance core HR processes to support rapid business growth. These could be in the areas of payroll, HR system implementation, and designing organizational structures. With an astute sense of diagnosing business needs, you will work closely with the C-Suites (CEO / CFO) to propose new ideas and make necessary changes with your team.
Experience Required
Degree with at least 10 to 12 years of HR experience.
As there is a strong emphasis on partnering with the senior management (C-level stakeholders), candidates with a strong track record in working closely with founders/CEOs/C-level stakeholders have an advantage.
You will also need to have experience in leading the HR function/or have managed HR teams/direct reports.
The business is fast-paced, and you will need to have the commercial acumen to partner closely with stakeholders to consistently improve and adapt HR strategies to achieve business goals.
Experience within the F&B/Retail/Hospitality/Lifestyle industries is an advantage, but not a compulsory requirement. Applicants with experience from other industries are welcome to apply.
