The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project architecture, design, and implementation.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to architect and implement innovative L&D programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The successful candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, fluency in both English and Chinese, and a passion for driving impactful learning initiatives in a multicultural environment.
