HR Business Partner
Our client is looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join their HR team.
Reporting to a Director level, this role is pivotal in driving the people strategy within the European region. Collaboration is key, as this position works closely with colleagues across the region as well as International divisions.
This role requires a self-motivated individual capable of working independently, with resilience to adapt in a dynamic and geographically dispersed team.
Core Responsibilities:
As an HR Business Partner, your key contributions will include:
- Partnering with the Europe Finance, Technology, and Real Estate teams to craft and execute tailored people strategies.
- Advising and challenging leadership on talent and organizational development to align with business goals.
- Supporting the Senior HR Business Partner (SHRBP) with the annual talent review and ongoing reporting requirements.
- Managing performance and reward cycles, including reporting and ensuring timely execution.
- Overseeing recruitment efforts to attract top talent within the designated functions.
- Providing guidance on organizational changes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and mitigating employee relations risks.
- Leading or supporting projects and initiatives that align with the people strategy for Europe and the global HR team.
- Staying informed on HR trends, legislative changes, and technological advancements to continuously enhance HR practices.

Must haves:
You will bring:
- Proven experience in building strong relationships and fostering engagement.
- A thorough understanding of HR policies, best practices, and Dutch employment law.
- Deep knowledge of employment regulations and their application within a global matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch, with additional language skills being an advantage.
Education and Experience
Candidates should have:
- A degree in HR or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in a senior HR role, demonstrating the ability to lead in complex environments.
