HR Business Partner
Role: HR Business Partner
Location: New York, NY
In Office Schedule: 4 -5 days in office
Compensation range: Up to $180k base salary plus bonus and benefits
Our client is a boutique global investment firm looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team and support the US population of their business.
You will be reporting into the Head of HR and they’re looking for someone to take ownership of the full scope of HR Business Partner responsibilities including:
- Recruitment and managing agency relationships.
- Performance management.
- Succession and promotion planning.
- Managing the year-end process including managing performance reviews and working with the team to plan for the coming year.
- Compensation and benefits benchmarking.
- Assisting with L&D initiatives.
They’re looking for someone who can function as a true point person for the business, build excellent relationships with stakeholders, has gravitas, and can jump into any situation with a cool head.
Key requirements:
- 7+ years‘ experience in HR.
- Experience working within a rigorous financial services institution.
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment with a white glove service mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
