HR Business Partner
Our client is a renowned Airline and they are presently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their collaborative team.

The client is seeking a driven HR Business Partner (Asst Manager or Manager). Candidates who are adaptable, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are agile will be a great fit for this organization.
In this role, you will act as a key HR advisor to the business leaders and address all people-related challenges. You will be working closely with your wider HR team to drive important HR initiatives. You’ll play a vital role in shaping workforce and succession plans to ensure the organization has the talent needed to meet its objectives. By working closely with leadership, you’ll help foster a performance-driven culture, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
You’ll also lead efforts to improve employee engagement, manage performance management, and contribute to developing/shaping company culture. Additionally, you’ll need to guide leaders through organizational change and transitions, ensuring a transparent and inclusive workplace
Experience Required:
- A degree in Business or Human Resource Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or organizational development.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with strong planning and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
