A leading global technology and engineering firm is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support its continued expansion in Singapore. With a strong presence across Asia, the company is known for driving innovation in advanced technology solutions, delivering high-quality engineering services, and fostering a dynamic, high-performance culture. As it continues to evolve and scale, the firm is undergoing significant transformation to enhance its operational capabilities, strengthen its workforce, and align HR strategies with its ambitious business goals.

The HR Business Partner will liaise closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders, providing strategic HR guidance while ensuring seamless day-to-day HR operations. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and workforce planning, playing a critical role in shaping the company’s people agenda. As the business navigates rapid change, this individual will drive HR initiatives that enhance leadership effectiveness, optimize talent acquisition and retention, and cultivate a culture of continuous growth and innovation.

The ideal candidate should bring at least 10 years of HR Business Partnering experience preferably within the financial technology industries or payment companies. You should demonstrate experience within fast-paced, high growth environments, with strong expertise in change management, talent strategy, and HR operations. Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices across the Asia region will be advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to contribute to a growing, future-focused organization and make a tangible impact on its people strategy.
