The role requires a proactive approach to continuous process improvement and the ability to manage change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR needs for these groups, delegating as needed to HR advisors and operations.
  • Partner with senior leaders on people planning, talent management, succession planning, recruitment, and training & development.
  • Support early careers programs in collaboration with recruitment and talent teams.
  • Drive D&I initiatives, working with external partners and analysing D&I metrics.
  • Lead organisational design and change management initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvements, new benefits, and reward tools.
  • Use data to improve decision-making and reporting on people-related matters.
  • Oversee performance management and salary review processes.
  • Coach senior leaders on employee relations, change management, and difficult conversations.
  • Lead HR projects like job evaluations, restructures, and performance management improvements.
  • Support the implementation of the UK HR strategy alongside senior HR leadership.

About You

  • Experience in HR operations in mid-sized or larger organisations, with a focus on new ideas and best practices.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices (European expertise a plus).
  • Confident in managing organisational change and transformation projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with TUPE processes is desirable.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments, able to prioritize and delegate.
  • Ability to provide practical advice and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in LLPs or global US-based organisations is a plus.
  • A generalist HR professional with a balance of tactical and strategic skills.
  • Proven track record of driving inclusivity and mentoring HR professionals.
  • Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly analytical and results-driven.
