Our client, a major name in the legal world, known for their success and exceptional culture and people, is seeking a skilled HR lead to serve as senior HR lead (HR Manager) for their Charlotte office.

Overseeing a population of 100+, this professional will bring experience working with attorneys and partners in a law firm setting, and a balance of robust HR knowledge across employee relations, performance and talent management, as well as recruitment. While this location is supported by robust centers of excellence for escalated matters, this hire serves as first point of contact for benefits and payroll questions, and day to day HR queries.

With the support of one additional resource, and the firm’s well thought out infrastructure, this hire will be empowered to help shape the HR direction of this location, with a seat at the table with local and regional leadership. The role requires the ability be in office 5 days per week.

8+ years of relevant HR experience, a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, and robust work within comparable law firm settings are required.
