Junior HR Manager
We are working with a global manufacturing organization in the aviation industry who are seeking a very hands-on, bilingual (English & Spanish) HR Generalist/Jr HR Manager for their Miami plant. This on-site role will support around 130 employees and report into the HR Director. This role will be broad, fast-paced and hands-on. You will have the chance to make a significant impact by helping to shape culture, drive employee engagement, and partner with a talented global team to work on projects and achieve excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Culture Building: Drive initiatives that foster engagement, inclusivity, and a high-performing environment.
- Operational Excellence: Be at the forefront of employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, compliance and new hire orientation in a very fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Global Collaboration: Influence corporate strategies by sharing best practices and insights from the Miami operations.
