Reporting into Senior L&D Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the development and delivery of the global Induction Programme for new starters
- Responsibility for providing learning and development support to practice groups and business teams functions
- Responsibility for overseeing professional business skills across the European region, including being the London L&D representative for 3 European offices
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the practice
- Play an active role in the internal coaching faculty
- Apply knowledge of L&D best practice to drive forward and carry out hands-on work within any area of the learning cycle (analysis, design, development, delivery, evaluation)
Character and Skills:
· A confident self-starter with strong influential skills
· A credible presenter, communicator and facilitator, able to quickly build credibility and relationships at all levels.
· A strong ability in stakeholder management (both internal and external and at a senior and junior level)
Practical Experience:
· L&D experience (minimum of 3 years)
· Ideally experience working within a law firm/ professional services firm
