This centre is responsible for the development, coaching and training of high potential talent and leaders in the organisation to help drive succession planning and exceptional performance.

The Role

This is a truly rare and exciting permanent opportunity for a seasoned coach/leadership development consultant to make a real difference in this world class facility. You will lead a cohort of talented leaders through an extensive and sophisticated talent and leadership program while liaising with key internal stakeholders and a leading consulting firm based in the U.S. A genuine chance to work with exceptional peers and a widely respected Head of the Centre – bring your coaching skills to the team and enhance your own professional development.

The Criteria

In order to be successful in this position you will be an accredited coach and consultant with extensive experience in coaching senior leaders and driving talent and succession planning for corporates. This will have been achieved in house or as a consultant for a reputable business. This opportunity affords itself to individuals with this background who are open to relocating to Riyadh.
