Payroll & Benefits Advisor – £50,000 – £51,000 + Bonus – City of London
Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name in financial services who are looking to recruit a Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join the business on a permanent basis.
Our client is offering hybrid working with 3 days per week required into the office (Tuesday’s & Thursdays are a must).
The Role:
· End to End management of UK & International payrolls.
· Process & Report Taxable benefits.
· Ensure compliance with tax year end obligations.
· Be the first point of contact for all payroll queries.
· Administration of all employee benefit programs.
Skills needed:
· Strong UK payroll understanding.
· Have exposure to processing at least 1 international payroll.
· Benefits administration exposure.
· Strong excel knowledge.
