Payroll & Benefits Specialist – Up to 45K – Central London – 3 days in office.
I am working with a leading, well loved Retail brand who are looking to hire for a newly created payroll & benefits focusing on processing payrolls for head office and retail staff along with supporting on benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
– Processing payroll for head office and retail staff on monthly basis
– Support with benefits, pension queries and any changes that need to be made
– First point of contact for any employee queries
– Assist streamlining in processes for payroll & benefits to improve on efficiencies
– Provide Compensation & Benefits Manager with salary benchmarking, benefits renewals and any updates
– Previous experience in a payroll & benefits role ideal
– Strong UK Payroll and compliance knowledge
