People & Culture Lead – Integration Project

Interim opportunity with a national infrastructure group to lead the People & Culture stream of an acquisition.

Reporting to the Program Director and working closely with the project team and internal HR, you will establish and lead the People & Culture Stream and support the team through execution.

Key responsibilities include:

· Identify and manage People and Culture items as part of Integration program

· Support the wider Integration Program stream leads and change management functions

· Lead the implementation and adoption of new policies and processes as required as part of the Integration Program

· Support existing HR stakeholders and business partners in reviewing, implementing and communicating new policies and benefits as part of Integration project

· Engage and champion the Integration project amongst key stakeholders

As the ideal candidate you will have experience in infrastructure/utilities or construction, proven experience in leading P&C teams through transformation or integration projects and be adept in managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
