People & Culture Project Management Officer (PMO)

For our Client, a dynamic global engineering company with 14,000 innovative minds across 50 countries, we’re looking for a People & Culture Project Management Officer (PMO), based in Utrecht (hybrid).

Your Mission:

As a PMO, you’ll be at the heart of the client’s People & Culture (P&C) initiatives, driving projects that align with their strategic vision. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing engagement, streamlining onboarding, monitoring key performance indicators, and championing diversity and inclusion.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Global Engagement: Take charge of the client’s global engagement survey, ensuring impactful follow-up actions and communication.
• Transform Onboarding: Develop and standardize onboarding processes to deliver a consistent and memorable experience for new hires.
• Drive P&C KPIs: Support the creation, monitoring, and reporting of P&C KPIs, providing insights to strengthen HR’s impact on the business.
• Champion Diversity & Inclusion: Collaborate with the Talent & Learning Manager to refine the client’s D&I policy, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals.
• Enhance Communication: Assist with P&C communications to boost engagement and visibility across the company.
• Align with Strategy: Stay informed about the client’s 2030 strategy and ensure your projects contribute to long-term goals.

What the Client is Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR and project management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to create actionable insights.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Industry experience is a plus but not required.
