Recruiter

My client a luxury retailer are looking to hire a Recruiter on a permanent basis. Please note, this role is based in London, and you will be required in the office 5 days a week. This role will be supporting retail and junior head office recruitment.

Duties:

• Work closely with the wider team to support with the overall recruitment and sourcing strategy
• Work with the HR Assistant to manage and coordinate all recruitment processes, screening of candidates , booking interviews, referencing and delivering offers
• Promote internal mobility in line with Group policy, by ensuring that all positions are posted internally first
• Ensuring timely follow up of feedback from recruiting managers to ensure that regular feedback is to candidates and third parties
• Sourcing and headhunting candidates directly using various online avenues
• Ensure that weekly recruitment updates are provided to HRD and senior management
• Liaise with HR team and payroll for all new starter information and onboarding programmes
• Keep track of recruiting metrics e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
• Implement new sourcing methods e.g. social recruiting
• Research and choose job advertising options
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working in retail or hospitality
• Have experience managing bulk hiring projects
• Be willing to come into the office 5 days a week
• Have excellent attention to detail
