Reward and Compensation
- Conduct global compensation benchmarking to inform reward strategies.
- Engage in salary benchmarking surveys, analyze outcomes, and provide insights tailored to stakeholders‘ needs.
- Compile data from multiple channels, presenting it in an organized and digestible format for managerial review.
- Support salary and bonus planning processes, including preparing leadership-ready documentation.
- Administer recognition initiatives and contribute to other internal rewards programs.

- Implement benefit programs for newly established office locations.
Wellbeing
- Develop and deliver wellbeing programs and initiatives to support global teams.
- Champion projects that address mental, physical, and financial health.
- Create mechanisms to gather feedback and improve wellbeing initiatives.
- Analyze relevant metrics, such as survey results, to guide decision-making.
- Plan and execute wellbeing-focused events, such as awareness weeks.
- Collaborate with internal wellbeing advocates to promote resources and run events.
- Keep the Wellbeing Hub on the firm’s intranet up to date.
- Coordinate and host webinars offered by external providers.
