The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

- Bonus Plan Redesign: Lead the redesign of bonus schemes, crafting plans that are competitive, motivational, and aligned with company objectives.
- Global Expertise: Drive reward initiatives across a global landscape, ensuring cultural and regional nuances are integrated into effective strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and the remuneration committee, presenting proposals and influencing decision-making at the highest level.
